I walked in to get my eyes checked, and everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Dr. Bak was awesome! He made sure I got the best prescription and answered all my questions. I found my new eye doctor!
After seeing doctors for 50 year I will rate him in the middle. He did not check old prescriptions, and misses basic steps. We have to redo our lenses
I have been a patient with Dr. Bak for approximately 20 years, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He is by far the best optometrist I have ever seen. Dr. Bak is thorough and compassionate, and always listens to my concerns and opinions. In addition to the more routine examinations, Dr. Bak was able to diagnose a more serious problem with my retina, and refer me to specialists so that my eye problem could be treated, and my vision restored. Dr. Bak is simply the best!
