A team from IS3 came out for a full day to volunteer at Shorty Howell Park, putting in an enormous amount of labor in helping to clear out invasive plant species as part of an ongoing pond habitat restoration project. The team was phenomenal with in their great attitudes and the intensity and attention to detail in their work. We would gladly have them back to volunteer with Gwinnett Parks & Recreation!
There are so many things that have to be done "behind the scenes" to serve our families well. Thanks to iS3 Tech Services volunteering time, treasure, and talent we are able to check off several projects on our "To Do" list: steam clean dining hall carpet, deep clean the kitchen, and assembling a hydroponic garden for our STEM lab. "It takes a village", and we are grateful that iS3 is part of ours!
