You can see my review for their location at Elm Hollow in Helotes, TX, but also their staff didn't get us our check until 2 months after we moved out. Their check was never delivered to our forwarded address and we had to call multiple times just to get them to give us our remaining deposit back (Which was ridiculous because we paid $700 in deposits). Steer clear, as they don't value your, your money, or your time.
These people just harrass you all the time and when you call them they don't answer nor return your calls then they send you threatening letters.
