Kelly Achtzehn is Rude Irwin Eye Care, It is a shame that Kelly Achtzehn is so rude cause Dr Colleen Kroll is very nice. 1 star for Kelly and 5 stars for Dr. Kroll ! If you go, I highly recommend Dr. Kroll, Kelly is an optician there, make sure to stay away from her, she is not professional and can be very rude. My family will not be back, 100% because we don't need Kelly A. bad attidute. Sorry Dr. Kroll

Horrible Experience! – My Daughter has never had to see an eye doctor before. We have always seen the family doctor. But today I needed to have her seen by an eye doctor due to a possible injury to her eye. The female doctor at Irwin Eye Care was horrible! She was very rude and short with my daughter from the beginning. When she asked my daughter what eye was bothering her my daughter thought for a second and said "right". Staff is very helpful – The doctors are friendly and the staff is very helpful in picking out the latest styles. They carry all types of stock and designer frames as well as contacts. When my daughter was having trouble with her prescription, they gave her a few different samples of contacts to tryout until she found one she liked. They work well with our insurance company and made the process of getting glasses easy.
