Kristell was proficient, engaging, and oh so charming--as usual. I am always impressed by the coutesy and professionalism of each and every member of the team. The only suggestion I could make might be the addition of coffee service.
It is always a pleasure to visit the dentist (did I really say that?)because Krystal and staff are always so friendly and make visits very relaxing.
I thought both dentist and Hygenist were very thorough. Lovely office and great receptionist!One exception, I would have loved a print out of charges and payment options for all the upcoming dental work. Hope this helps.
Probably most of your patients have dental insurance but since we don't knowing the cost of procedures is important to me. When told that the cost of two alternative procedures is about the same but in reality one is $500.00 more expensive, it's something I want to take into consideration. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the treatment I've received and waould recommend you to others.
