Crystal's replacement was EXCELLENT! She took my blood pressure--something a hygienist has never done before. Not exactly sure why.
Most courteous staff one could ask for, very professional, very caring, and thus very satisfied with my experience. I hope to be with this dentistry for many years to come.

The staff at Irvine Dentistry is amazing! I've never seen such a friendly staff that is on top of everything! Even after all these years, I'm still amazed when each of them knows my name, even know I'm not directly their patient! The only thing I didn't like to see at my last visit was that Dr. Irwin can be condescending to his staff at times. The last time I was in for a cleaning, I received a hygienist that was replacing Krystal, and it was the first time my treatment actually hurt. It was not too bad, and she was very nice, but a little rough. Just a note. Thank you as always!
The stand-in hygienist I think her name was Sandra, did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. She really went the distance to clean my teeth quite thoroughly. Outstanding job removing surface stains also. I would be happy to see her again for the outstanding job she did..
