New hygienist great addition to your staff. She is very competent and respectful of patients needs.

Substitute hygienist turns the ultrasonic cleaner up too high, causing unnecessary pain to sensitive teeth. Kristel maintains low level cleans just as good or better. Tell Kristel she is missed.
