I have been a patient of Dr. Irwin since 2001 and have never waited more than 5 minutes (go three times a year for cleanings) at anytime ever. Everyone in the office always is respectful and more important genuinely friendly and caring about all patients.. I have never once seen any employee that was not helpful and understanding. Lacey was very nice and considerate. I thought she did excellent work in cleaning my teeth.
I didn't wait long. Cara was sweet and pleasant as always. Dr. Irwin took care of my chipped tooth in about a minute, without pain and pushing for anything more costly.
