OBGYN was amazing! Midwife Kuntz was the phenomenal-very supportive of our plan and encouraging. Exactly what we needed! RNs Velez Cruz, Massenburg, and Rodriguez, and LPN Ryan were the best support. We could not have asked for a better birth experience for my wife! Her and I have had great experiences with radiology, labs, and more. The only negative experience was a rude provider for our 2 year old, but we submitted a formal complaint and were told it would be addressed.
The OBGYN department at IACH failed me plain and simple. For over three years, I struggled with severe lower back pain during my cycle, cyclic rectal bleeding (BIG RED FLAG)and multiple ER visits. Despite all the red flags, I was repeatedly told it was “just hemorrhoids” and sent for pelvic ultrasounds which don’t detect bowel endometriosis.Tricare wouldn’t refer me off-post, and this department didn’t advocate for me. I called them, waited 15 minutes on the line than the lady asked to wait and eventually hang up. So disrespectful.
