Irvington Vet has been amazing over the past 15 months. I adopted my cat at the end of December in 2017, and from the get go, he had various issues. All of the staff at Irvington have been patient with me as a new mom, as well with my somewhat temperamental problem child (cat). The staff is constantly trying to problem solve to figure out what's wrong with my cat and the best course of action. They take the time to answer my multiple phone calls and emails. I am so thrilled to have found this clinic. The first time I brought my cat in, Nicholas spritzed Feliway onto a bath towel and laid it over the cat carrier, then placed the carrier in a cat shelf area so that Gabby would feel protected. She calmed down immediately. The whole vibe in the clinic is calming. And I found the perfect veterinarian for me and my cat. Dr. Hintz is the best! The doctors, vet techs & all the staff here are always extremely pleasant, outgoing & knowledgable. Nicholas at the front desk always greets me with a smile. The wait time before the appointment is minimal, while they set up the room. They are quick to get you in when there is an emergency.
