Today the office called (I'm not sure why) and I informed the young woman that my father passed away recently. Her response: "okay, thank you". While I don't expect everyone to express sympathy, the callers response lacked basic empathy and I am relieved that I no longer have to deal with this place or its staff ever again.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Waters is the best, she's very welcoming and friendly, and she explained to me everything that was happening along the way. I'm happy I found them.
