I have never been more disappointed, belittled and bullied by a physician in all my life. Every time I see Dr. Herbst he makes me feel like I'd be better off DEAD. I had surgery on 9/11/19 tarsal tunnel release surgery through Indiana podiatry group, that surgery didn't go so well and I ended up with Crps (Complex Regional pain syndrome) very excruciating and uncontrollable pain. I did get a referral to pain management (for whatever that's worth) but in the meantime I am having leg tremors that are causing me to fall and som... read more
Dr. Hodgkin is fantastic, I had been seeing him for years. Consistent insurance billing issues and rude desk staff made me leave.
Everyone I've dealt with at Irvington Family Physicians has been extraordinarily caring and knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and I have never felt rushed or left with unanswered questions. In person, on the phone, or using the online service, they are very professional and really have the patients' best interests at heart. I couldn't ask for more.
If I could give negative stars, I would. I was so excited to find a St. Francis center in my neighborhood, since I have had such great experiences with them before. Unfortunately the experience I am having is the exact opposite. I had an appointment on the 28th of June, to meet Dr. Hodgkins, ask some questions, get some referrals for other medical services, and have my birth control prescription renewed, since at the end of July my prescription would end and I would need the year supply renewed.
