Best damn dogs around! And great service, we ate there twice a day the entire time we were in Chicago!
I used to work at the irvings on dempster back in the 80's. What a great couple of years that was. Great owner (Jeff), and I worked with some of my best friends, (Bobbi & Todd). Oh yeah, food was great also!

Best place to eat on the North Shore. Every time I'm in the Chicago land area I have to stop and get a hot dog and cheddar cheese fries. 5 stars no doubt
Polite staff, terrible food. Who puts sweet relish on cheese burger? The cheese for the cheese fries was a gritty paste that was spooned and spread over my fries. 2 stars for polite and quick service.
Great food. Great staff. Great eating experience. All their menu items are top notch Chicago classics. I've tried most of the sandwiches and have enjoyed all of them. You gotta get the cheese sauce with the fries or on your burger-it's a game changer and this is coming from a cheese head.
