Used to be a great, caring, communicative doctor. Now is nearly impossible to get in touch with and doesn’t seem particularly concerned with the wellbeing of his patients.
Dr. Sobel was the first physician I saw when I moved to LA. Everything has been difficult with his practice from reception to billing. I have an issue and it has been a month and a half and I have yet to receive a call back from him. I have called on multiple occasions and the office keeps telling me he will call back soon. Alongside that, the appointment felt rushed and I am not happy with the quality of my treatment.
