By far the worst experience EVER! We got our Margaritas and on had a hair in it and the other one had lipstick on it. Called the manager and she said sorry I have a "New Bartender" which was a lie because I know the bartender who was working there and I have gotten great service from him previously. The manager didn't even attempt to make things right with us. Very disappointed. Will make sure everyone finds out about this. Even the City of Irving. These people need to get a wake up call.
