Had my Mother in laws birthday there. We we're very please that they actually made us feel real comfortable and did there very best to have our food and drinks filled. Very satisfied with prices and waitress was so wonderful. We we're 17 and am so amaze on how well they attended us.
The service was ok. Their menudo was nasty. I don't think I will go back with my family.
Not sure you really want, my Review! But, since you asked #1. In Hope it was just a bad day for y'all. #2. It was NOT Busy... #3. Did not see the Normal MGR on floor #4. Arrived 6:20 pm Friday 10/13/17 (like every Friday night)... This is our Date Night every Week! #5. We were denied, our favorite location. Server, said area was not open for sitting. Horrible service (with an attitude at no extra charge) and the food was overpriced for being bland crap. Gave them 2 chances just in case it was that specific location but they will never see me again. I'm surprised they are still in business - I have yet to meet anyone that's had a great experience there.
The stupid waitress tipped herself on all 3 receipts for me and my friends. We had clearly put 0 as tip and she changed it. I'm reporting them.
