Irving came out after requesting our breaker to be checked . What we did not expect was for them to assess at 2 hour minimum charge at 75 hr - total 150.00 for being on property for less than 22 minutes ! When asked why .. His reply was " I had to drive from Arlington to Midtown and now to my next appointment " . Really ? And it was never disclosed that they charge minimum 2 hours ... or else we would have looked elsewhere . Had some recessed lighting installed in my kitchen. I picked Chris because he understood and explained how the lighting served the function of the room. He keeps up with the newer products as well, which saves energy in the long run. Work was clean and prompt and incredibly reasonable. His quote might be a little more than others, but you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend.
