I bought a Groupon and I've called multiple times during work hours and 2x and left a message to make an appointment. And no call back.... seems kind of a shady start just to even get a call back. I have a feeling I will have to end up driving to Irvine just to make an appointment. What an inconvenience. Irvine Wellness center not looking to good...
Bought a groupon, and went though, I'd read up on the procedure I was feeling a bit anxious. (vampire lift) However, I was immediately put at ease by Staff and Dr who were very informative, easy to talk to, and very professional! Dr explained everything he was going to do, and I really felt like I was receiving very individual and expert care. He explained my options, was not pushy and well, he has gained a loyal client! I have never had such awesome cosmetic care before, yep, not even close. Thanks!
