So let me summarize the business model for this clinic: Scare the hell out of puppy parents, make them as devastated as you can with throwing out some big scary, lethal diseases -wrongfully or rightfully diagnosed, and then offer them all sorts of necessary and unnecessary tests and exams possibly out there, so you could charge them as much as you can in the meantime, and hold them accountable if they question any of those, and at the end of the day, it is parents' responsibility of any outcome, because they denied to agree ... read more
When I talked to them over the phone, their defense was they went based on what I explained them on my observation!! very interesting, I go there and pay them for them to tell me what I already think and observe!! They only tried to sugar-coat both situations, and wanted me to just listen to their sugar-coating none-sense, and when it comes to me arguing back on their non-sense, they said they are busy and they had to hang up!! very responsive and medically professional of them...
I had a pretty terrible experience at this veterinary clinic. It's true, the staff is very friendly but I dealt with some issues that noone should have to deal with at the vets. I brought my dog in for diahrea because he was a new puppy and I wanted to make sure he was ok. Up front it seemed like a great place with stunning reviews. I paid for the checkup and the vet told me they didn't know what was ghe cause of his diahrea and wanted to run tests.
