I came here expecting a straightforward cleaning and maybe some basic advice, not a full on sales pitch for every possible procedure they could think of... The dentist barely looked at my teeth before suggesting thousands of dollars worth of work I know I dont need. Just felt like a money grab from start to finish, won't be going back.

I booked a cleaning and exam at Irvine Smile Dentistry based on their convenient location, but my visit was disappointing. I arrived on time and was not called back until nearly thirty five minutes later. No one acknowledged the delay. The hygienist was rushed and the cleaning was uncomfortable, leaving my gums sore and bleeding for the rest of the day. One of the worst dental experiences ever. Most of the work is done by interns, which is done very unprofessionally. I was provided sealing 2 months ago, which means they are supposed to pull filling inside the molars, but the also missed place or overfilled the filler(which is a very hard texture like rock), so the exterior of the molars was also being covered with the filler, making it very uncomfortable , especially now my tongue gets scratched easily. I love the experience of coming to this office, they provided a very safe and fun service to my family and we always enjoy coming back. Dr. Nguyen provided a great experience that rid my son's fear of dentistry!

Love it here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I got my teeth cleaned and it didn’t hurt at all.
