Where to start? This person has no idea what he's doing and should not be a doctor. During my ER visit last year, I came in with severe abdominal pain (which had been recurring for 3+ years at this point) and vomited four+ times on-site at the hospital, and he described me in his report/assessment as being in "mild distress" and as having vomited once.
