Vets highly incompetent… Failed to diagnose stomatitis in my cat after a series of expensive but irrelevant tests, when her symptoms could not be more obvious… She starved to death because of untreated stomatitis despite of us taking her to this hospital regularly for four months to check on her situation… I was told she had cancer in her mouth and couldn’t be saved… Only today did I realize she actually had stomatitis and we could have tried antibiotics, or teeth extraction, or something, at least something to save her… But... read more
The people are excellent!!!!
Had to bring my cat in for a sudden limp and they got us in same day which I didnt expect with how busy vet offices have been lately. The vet was super patient while my cat hid under the chair and made sure to explain everything in plain english so I actually understood what was going on... shes never been the friendlist cat but they handled her like pros. They even called the next morning to check on her and I almost cried on the phone becuase thats just not normal service anymore. My cat is back to terrorizing the house co... read more
I was braced for some kind of massive wait when I walked in, but they actually had me in a room after like five minutes. They remebered my dog from last year and asked how his skin was doing which i thought was such a nice touch. The vet explained everything clearly and didnt push any extra tests or stuff, just gave great sugestions for his meds. already scheduled my next appontment becuase its just so nice having a place that knows us.
