Kayla and Dr. Katia were superb! The team here were so kind to my nervous little dog and he felt very comfortable getting his check up shots and bloodwork. They are very welcoming, friendly, understanding ,and compassionate. I highly recommend this Vet.
I requested an estimated price for spay from the nurse during my visit and was told it would be sent to me. At checkout, I asked the front desk for a digital receipt and was again told it would be emailed. I have received nothing. Being told twice that something will be sent and then receiving no follow-up is unacceptable. This reflects poor communication and lack of organization.
Vet is helpful, but front desk communication is poor. The medical care here is good, but the front desk service was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to describe my cat’s acute pain symptoms. Instead of seeking to understand or confirm details, she simply stated "I don't understand" in a very blunt and cold manner. I am so thankful for Irvine Pet Hospital. We are new to California and trying to find your vet, doctors, etc can be super overwhelming. I took my senior 16 years cat Sushi here and everyone was so good with her and most importantly they made me feel super comfortable not pushing unnecessary vaccines or tests and just made sure they took care of the situation we came in for. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Irvine Pet Hospital.
