We had a HORRIBLE experience here. My girlfriend dropped off our dog for a grooming at 8AM. There were no calls or texts to update how our dog was doing. Six hours later I get a call saying he is ready to be picked up. A check-up exam was supposed to be completed by the time I arrived. It WASN'T. The receptionist was totally DISORGANIZED and couldn't even find the medical file. She asked if I wanted the vet to check him at that point (since they didn't earlier) and I said okay. Excellent Service! – I have been going here for years now. My dog loves the atmosphere and always comes home in a good mood. Where other dog walkers/groomers treat their "clients" just as a meal ticket, Johnny and Ty truly take an interest in knowing and caring for the the dogs in their care. I recommend them to everyone who cares about their pet. You really get your money
5 stars all the way!!! – My experience with the Irvine Pet Complex has been nothing but outstanding. I was referred by my neighbor and friend. The staff are so friendly and Dr Harner is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy. I have been to other vets in irvine that really 'missed the mark' for me. Well not here! I have had my cats groomed, medical checkups and boarded. My cat is diabetic and the boarding is safe here because there is a doctor 'on duty' and the staff are medically aware. Each ... read more
