I visited this place because my windshield was damaged. My insurance covered the costs and directed me here. The staff was very accommodating, and I received a text when my car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't get to the store before closing time. They were considerate and arranged for me to pick up my car that evening! Their flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Outstanding email and telephone interaction. The gentleman arrived sooner than my scheduled appointment time and inquired if I preferred my windshield fixed then or at my arranged time. The repair was rapid, and the gentleman was agreeable and polite. Before departing, he verified if I had any questions.

Outstanding customer service! The convenience of not having to leave home for my windshield replacement was a huge plus. The client service was top-notch, and the contactless communication was incredibly easy. I opted for text updates and could even settle my extra fee before the technician departed. Should the need arise, I'll certainly use this service again.
