Although I was informed that the surgery and healing process were normal, I continue to experience significant discomfort and vision issues in my left eye. I recently underwent cataract surgery at Irvine Eye Center, with my right eye done on December 3 and my left eye on December 16. Originally, the plan was to wait about a month between surgeries, but because the result of my first surgery was so successful, we decided to proceed with the second eye after just two weeks. I do have a pre-existing retinal condition (central serous retinopathy) and receive retinal care at a different clinic.
