This is a review that I'm writing of an experience that happened several months ago, but it bothered me so much, I thought I should definitely warn people. They ended up putting resin posts in a tooth that had a cavity that they claimed wasn't even that deep. This seemed strange to me. I consulted two other dentists regarding what the doctor did, and they were so confused per the X-rays I showed them. From my understanding this is done for root canals and NOT for cavities. First time patient and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in until I checked out. All staff members were extremely professional and attentive. Dr. Wu was amazing, he explained thoroughly how we could address my issue which allowed me to make an informed choice. The office manager, treated me with such respect and warmth that I knew immediately I had made a great choice in selecting their office for my dental needs.
