I have been going here for years. I was given a new dentist I had never met without telling me or asking about a change in Dentist. He just came in, got over the top of me and started grinding harder and faster than anyone has in over fifty experiences. This person didn't care about me or my teeth. He pinned me down like he was holding a wild animal. I just had the crown removed by another dentist. There was contamination between the old tooth and the crown. He was careless and foolish. I'd like to express my dissatisfaction; I received a call on Monday confirming my 1:30 pm appointment today. Arriving around 1:20 pm, Lisa, possibly the doctor's wife, claimed I had no appointment without checking. I skipped the office Christmas party for this, but faced a last-minute cancellation. When I objected, she yelled about me owing money without evidence and even called the police during our argument, now awaiting their arrival. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
