Got stuck in one of their elevators and found out that the same one breaks down often. They are too cheap or incompetent to actually fix it. Real low life company.
No amenities besides upstairs gym with sub-par equipment. They never have the exhaust fans on in parking lot. Maintenance guy uses a leaf blower to clean the dust from car exhaust and it just sticks to cars. There has been construction in the suite above us for 3 months with constant banging and LOUD THUDS over my head with no end in site. They told us no loud construction during business hours ha what a joke. One of the oldest high rises in University City and is shows.
