This company is an absolute joke. I took my 2017 MDX in for brake service, and by the time I got home that same day, the brakes weren’t working—I could press the pedal all the way down with no resistance. I called in to check inventory and spoke with Chris, he confirmed the vehicle my wife and I were looking for was still available and we made an appointment to go check it out. Upon arrival the vehicle was waiting for us and Chris was super friendly and accommodating to us. We left to check out a car at another lot and called back to make an offer. Cris made me drive an hour to see a car when I arrived I had already sold it they are liars
What a waste of time. Called at 10:30 am to make sure the vehicle I wanted was available and was told it was by Chris it was. Made an appt for noon, but was able to make it in by 11:30 am to find out that they were working a deal with someone else. Common courtesy to notify potential customer and allow me to decide if I want to waste my time or not.
