I came to Acura of Irvine because it’s the closest dealership to me, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. My car is still under warranty, and I originally brought it in for two problems: the infotainment system wasn’t reliably connecting to my phone, and the gas cap wasn’t opening properly. I was told they’d need a day to diagnose the car, but the after a whole day they said they couldn’t replicate either issue and sent me on my way. Alex and Devonte were amazing helping getting me into a brand new off the trailer TLX Type S. I had asked for information while the vehicle was still in transit and Alex kept me posted the entire process up until the day it arrived 2 weeks early than expected. He sent me a text saying the car was at the lot and 3 hours later I was driving my new baby home !!! The team did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend to visit when car shopping for an Acura or any of their vehicles on the lot !!!
