Eastern Care in a Western World I went here for a pulled ligament in my shoulder, and once she cured that, she moved on to work on my "chronic" injuries in my neck and shoulders. I'd never done acupuncture before, and she made me comfortable. She's very no nonsense and direct. Her English is rudimentary, but good enough to boss you around in the care room. Irvine Acupuncture Ctr does work I had Sciatica and spent a day in hospital. Once I was out of hospital, I went to chiropractic treatment for about two months without no improvement. I was recommended by a friend, and treated by Dr. Qi. She treated my lower back through the buttock and down the large sciatic nerve in the back of the leg. After three visits, most of my numbness and pain was significantly reduced. after sixth or seventh visits, most of numbness are gone. I highly recommend Dr.Qi.
