The apartment itself is nice. There is enough storage to store our things, and we have not had any pest issues in the past 8 or so months we have lived here. HOWEVER....we have a LONG list of issues, and we will not be renewing our lease because of these: *Management is horrific about follow through. We have had numerous maintenance requests that have taken weeks, or have not been followed through with at all. *I have left several messages via phone, email and Facebook that have gone unanswered. I visited most everyone of the complexes through the Dublin and the Hilliard area, I choose The Hilliard Grand, they were hands down the best value. The 1300 plus sq.ft. unit had all new stainless steel appliances, new hardwood floors and Jamie was awesome to deal with! Great job Hilliard Grand!!!
Just moved in last week and received great help and service from leasing office. Suz and Sam gave attention to every question I had and replied with help and quick answers. They were interesting and happy Ladies to work with. Please drop by the leasing office and experience of good service from a wonderful place to live. .
You can never call this place as your home. A perfect description for this place is - It's a SHIT HOLE!! There are no brownie points to describe about this apartment. Be careful when they call their place has been renovated as I have suffered a lot. Under that pretext this community provides a defected apartment. Management cares the least when it comes to urgent issues. You have to repeatedly remind to fix urgent issues. Amazing place to live! First time living out on my own, and they made it smooth and easy as possible. I love living here and the management! Happy to call this place fine
Fraud Alert: they charged me $755 for made up fees two weeks after I moved out. Also, they offered me to renew my contract if I was willing to pay $255 more per month. I had a terrible experience with this management team. My apartment was very bad built with numerous issues every month such as hot water, no heat, bathroom licked, rats, pipes, and so forth. It is hard to find parking and watch out for rats. Bad condition of the pool, common areas, and dogs pup all over the gardens. Do not move to Belmar Scam Villa!
DO NOT under any circumstances waste your money here. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Garbage is strewn about, children unsupervised constantly ruining common areas, dogs loose and off-leash even after multiple complaints, dogs barking constantly on people's terraces, can't even turn on my heat when I want to (was told to run an electric heater), ant problems after repeated sprayings, peeling Formica countertops, I asked for an updated apartment with no carpeting and got shitty 10-year-old carpet and my apartment wasn'... read more
