I've been renting for 20+ years. This complex/management company is only my 2nd apartment and will be my last (normally I rent a house from owners). They can't keep the maintenance team, and the amenities (pool, auto gates, trash pick up, elevators) are never working or kept up for the amount of money we pay. The gates & elevators & trash pick up are the main issues, they are NEVER closed/working or paying their vendors is my guess. An incredible lack of professionalism and customer service. Mold in my unit at Preston Hills in Buford, GA was left untreated for 3 months. We requested a concession for the time we were unable to use the storage and it has been another 3 months with no response. I would strongly advise against renting at any IRT properties!

From Jan 5th to Jan 31st, it was 27 days, from Feb 1st to Feb 28th, it was 28 days, and from March 1st to March 5th, it was 5 days. That's a total of 60 days! But when I tried to explain this to their customer service, all they could say was that... read more

I was a resident at one their Aurora CO properties. The Hearthstone at City Center to be exact. This place has treated me very poorly while living there. During my residency here I paid my rent every month on time or early and left the unit in way better condition than when I moved in which I showed in my move out pictures. Not only are they currently illegally with holding my deposit 4 months after moving out but they (Keri Fields and Tammy Guida) are doing nothing to resolve the issue. I have also be discriminated agains... read more
