Absolute trash, can't talk to anyone to answer questions. Not one prompt to actually talk to a human and the automated holds no answers.
Had me on hold for an hour/2 hours
Was on hold day 1 for 1 hour and 2 minutes.... person was so rude and didnt accomplish anything...day 2 on hold 1 hour and 22 minutes ... so much background noise could barely understand him but he was helpful.... still 1 star for the rudeness of day 1 .... very disappointing
Mr Douglas was very helpful and pleasant.
I’m having a hard time with the IRS —it seems to have some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
