Does this location forward IRS payments to Louisville, Kentucky? My certified return confirmation of receipt tracking shows it was picked up from the Louisville post office. My bank will stop payment on the check at my request but hoping my payment will be processed.

I'm filing a claim for a $500 payment that does'nt appear in the system, Mrs Gonzales answers the fhone and I present proof that the $500 money order, which doesn't appear in the system has already been collected by the IRS , she told me 5 minutes for verification ,and the call was cut off.. and I still don't know what's happening whit that money order.
As with many other reviews. I also held on twice for extended periods but I did finally get a person today and when I asked my question, he was rude and immediately transferred me to an extension which informed me it would be at least another 60 minute hold. I was trying to pay my taxes. If the Feds don't want my money, I'll keep it. Ridiculous service. This is what my taxes are in part, paying for ?... really ?
