So this was the year decided to go with underground sprinkling. I have a rather large yard so we were focusing on front yard only I had gotten three other estimates, But when The Irrigator came for their estimate. So far not a good experience. Everyone is friendly but slow slow slow. I called in Feb to get on the list for getting the system back working. Nobody every called, I called a number of times finally got a hold of someone and they booked me about a month out. Guy came was here for an hour said he had to come back. Nobody ever called to schedule him back when I called they booked him a couple more weeks out. That whole thing played out again, needed to come back, and here we are more weeks out. The Irrigator provided prompt and professional service. I called them out to help with my new sprinkler system because the company that the builder used did a terrible job and the service was equally as bad.
