came out and quoted to change a valve in sprinkler system. told me to locate it could be difficult. all 4 valves were located at the site of the main sprinkler power. paid $75.00 an hour to dig around the valves. the tech broke 2 valves and cut the electric wires while digging. was quoted about $300 to replace the one valve, but was charged close to $900 to replace all 4 as they were damaged. claimed he arrived at least a half hour before. when i confronted him about the time as i had proof, he told me that he gave me the va... read more

I guess not much has changed for this company in the last 4 years. I was working from home when all of the sudden my internet went out, only to find that these guys not only are digging up MY side of the property line without notifying me, but also CUT my CABLE LINE! Totoally unprofessional. Was quoted a price and then was waiting for a wire finding service to come out and mark cable locations and come home to find that this company had the yard half dug up. They also had cut my cable as well and I did not have internet, cable or phone service. THey were supposed to take care of it and finally I had to call cable company to come fix it.Ran heads into my neighbors yard. quoted a four zone, they installed a 3 zone.
