Cliff is very polite and professional. He came to our house promptly (and worked in freezing weather and snow flurries) to winterize our irrigation system before the ground would freeze solid. We haven't compared pricing for this service, being new to the process, but Cliff's pricing seemed reasonable to us with an annual package deal. We will do business with Cliff and Irrigation Doctor again.
I did not realize the sprinkler system was already winterized; I told them I definitely will use them in the Spring to activate the system as I know there are some problems with the system. They were very nice and did not charge me for coming out when I called which I thought was real nice of them. They definitely will get a call back.
They were extremely good. Will be haviing them back in the spring to get us setup and running for the season.
Returned my call promptly; made an appointment within a few days, was knowledgable about sprinkler systems and made corrections to select heads that were not effective. Spent a good amount of time on the project for a reasonable price. Will use again.
He did what he could with my sprinkler system. Fixed the flooding heads but my system is so old some items are no longer available. Will update the heads and control panel to a new version. Was a very resonable and competitive price.
Was on time and resolved issue quickly.
Did good job but took some time. Seem to work when he had time. but got the job done, Just had to stay on employee to communicate. but after 4 visits completed yard cleanup, pruning and roof clean up
They took care of everything of everything they said they would!
