Great experience for my first time at Ironworks. Comfortable space, friendly people, and a great haircut by Avery. I’ll be back.
They don’t respect your time. Had my first appointment with Garrett, got there on time, after 30 mins of waiting I had to cancel and reschedule to go back to work, it happens, no big deal. Came in next day, someone else had to jump in to cut my hair because he called out. Came back few weeks later, my appointment was with Garrett again, he kept me waiting for 25 minutes with no updates no apology no ETA, nothing. I decided to leave and I’m never going back, very unprofessional.
Avery did a great job and understood the cut I was looking for before starting. Nice place. Definitely recommend.
