This is the best gym in Nevada County. Every member is highly motivated and that's exactly the atmosphere you want. Open 24/7. No matter how late you are out and about and want to get a workout in, this is the perfect place. I will be a member here for as long as I live in the area.
I love this gym. Its more of a body building style gym. Not a soft, enjoyable, meat market atmosphere. Love the Hammer Strength plate machines. Good place to get a hard workout.
