This is a wonderful place with everything you need at a great price. Not only that, but this gym exemplifies what makes small businesses so incredible, which is interaction with the employees (and owner) on a personal level. Everyone is kind and respectful. I would recommend this gym to anyone I know.
curtis (new owner) is awesome and the interior is being completely revamped. much nicer than it was. their equipment is in good condition. and there seems to be enough free weights and machines to accommodate. no classes, just get in, do your thing, get out. I like that environment and the place is really clean. I highly recommend.
