Dr. Safdar spent less than a minute consulting. He asked what was my reason for the visit; I told him I was suffering from diarrhea. He told an assistant to schedule a procedure for his next visit to Green Valley., then left. Left me in the consulting room with no instructions. I sat for five minutes, then approached the procedure scheduling desk to ask if my procedure had been scheduled. The scheduler said I must wait my turn -- there were others ahead of me. I left without any further interaction. Won't be back.

Incompetent, unprofessional and rude sums it up. I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Safdar. They confirmed my appointment multiple times. Then the day of my appointment, they call me 2 hours before the appointment and said the doctor would not be there and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Woman on the phone was extremely rude! She claimed they tried to contact me many times but I had no missed calls and no voicemails. I'm sure I dodged a bullet and that's why it didn't work out. Won't be reschuduling.

I was referred here after requesting a second opinion since my original gastro was not listening or treating my symptoms. The scheduler got me scheduled within 2 weeks due to how severe my symptoms were and the length of time. I showed Dr. Safdar the pics and videos and he scheduled a procedure fast which was impressive. During the procedure a polyp was cut/removed but I received no information after the procedure, I tried calling and received no return call, no follow up or nothing.
