I was referred to this place because of insurance. It was been over six weeks since my procedure and still I can not get a reply to my request for the results of biopsies. I've called numerous times. I've left numerous messages because you can't get a real person to ever talk to you. I received a bill for $17,000. It included a charge from the pathologist so I can only assume there is information out there that I have paid for, just never received. Don't walk away from this doctor.... run!
I called regarding any records to be obtained of pathology report of a biopsy that I watched during procedure, was not put to sleep, haven’t received a call back
my doctor send me to this place haven't heard from them and when i call always someone answers bad or irritated and no one yet call me back good luck
I read all of the negative reviews before scheduling my appointment but had no choice as no other GI specialist accepted my insurance(AHCCCS) or even bothered to return my calls. The nurses/staff all seemed immature, inexperienced, and unqualified for any job in the medical profession(except for the scheduler). When I finally got to see Dr. Iftikhar, he agreed that I should have an endoscopic exam to see what was causing my severe pain. Yes, please already! Dr istackars office should not be there waited in exam room over 2 hrs never saw a doctor because I left no one checks on u no one tells u Dr is delayed just take ur copay and shove u in a room got my vitals taken but nurse could not figure out blood pressure so just asked me what is your bp never go back absolutely a nightmare of an experience
