Since writing this review I was then rebuked for sharing what happened on Google and was replied with the reaction about managers un professionalism was due to claims of my boyfriend's "illegal" trash dumping at the apartment. And told to refer to my lease in regards to any questions. First of all MANAGEMENT the complaint I posted was due to how I was spoken to about parking. Super nice staff! Maintenance is always quick to come fix anything that's wrong/broken in the apartment. Overall great place to live!
I had just moved to Colorado, and the original apartment complex I had been planning on moving in to fell through at the last moment. The manager at Ironwood really went out of her way to get me into an apartment asap. I was really very pleased with my interactions with the office and maintenance personnel. In addition, the apartment was in a pretty quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and dining.
