Well, I have to say I was highly impressed by these townhomes. They were well thought out and spacious. The stagers did an excellent job as well. I don’t love the location, but the homes are beautiful. That being said they are overpriced, especially for attached living. I cannot imagine Spending this kind of money and not being able to turn up my stereo. I don’t know what their HOA fee covers so I can’t comment there. We were looking on and off for a few years to downsize and be closer to downtown Philadelphia but not one single community checked off all the boxes.
