I HAVE TO SAY I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED CLOSER BEFORE MOVING IN, THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET! THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THERE'S NEVER ANYONE IN THE OFFICE. WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEONE, TO REPSONED NOTHING IS EVERY DONE... WHO CAN YOU REPORT THEM TO?
A total scam, they will promise the moon and the stars just to get you in, and then all hell brakes loose. I have been living there for 3 months and I still have not moved in half of my furniture in because I was promised to get a better unit closer to manager's office. We'll it turned out they had leased it to someone else and was not informed about this, I had to call management and the manager did not know what excuse or what to say to me. Ironstone apartments have gutted and are in the process of gutting all the apartments. All are being replaced with new everything. They seem to be cleaning up the place. I am content with living there. Nikki
