I have been moved out for 4 years, I paid all my bills in full and on time. I paid all fees when moving out, including fees for new carpet( they claimed my pet had damaged it) Well, if you live there, you know they replace the carpet after every tenant leaves. I watched this occur for a year. They were going to replace it anyway, and they made me pay for it. They also stuck me with the same bill twice. RecommendedThis was the first place I toured and decided to live in because of the great location, the amenities and most importantly, the people. Thank you to everyone, especially Tammy Enriquez who was beyond wonderful the whole time I worked there. She was the reason I choose immediately to live at Ironhorse, and I am so grateful for the year I spent there.
I live here 6 months. First 3 months was ok,but then everything changed. People don’t clean after their dogs,pool area was not clean,I found there lot of cigarettes and small bottles from alcohol. My dog on a leash was twice attacked by a dog without a leash. I was with my daughter in the pool and there was a man and he was smoking marijuana next to me. Lot of weird people live there now. they have allowed the standards for a resident and upkeep of the property to degrade beyond belief.. stay away
I lived here for a couple years and in some ways I loved it. They have a beautiful pool and nice amenities but I had so many scorpions! That was the only reason I would not recommend this place other than that it’s a nice place to live.
It is dirty dog friendly but no one picks up after their dogs garbage left everywhere. Very disappointed in the manager
I just happily signed on for my 2nd year in this wonderful community! I have only Good things to say... the Complex is Clean, Quiet and very well managed and maintained. Special Kudos to Anna, Daysi, Jordan, and Bryan. It's refreshing to find an entire staff that is so genuinely sincere in their desire to resolve any issues, and provide the most comfortable living experience! They flood your apartment with toilet water causing mold. Then expect you to live in it!!!!!!!!!! Then after their contractor acknowledged that there is mold they lie and say there isn’t any. Mold mold mold is what you can expect if you live here!!!!!
