Took a free class at IronFit earlier this week and instantly knew I needed to join! Stephanie was so nice and helpful in answering all my questions and showing me the ropes of boxing as someone who has never boxed before. She also teaches a killer class, join now and thank me later!
I went in about a week ago and was able to participate in a class session, and it was amazing. Stephanie was very motivating, and is a great instructor. It was a first time for me, and it honestly felt much better doing an hour of cardio in this class than I do from weigh lifting or jogging. I recommend this to anyone who is considering it. You don't need any experience going in, and the instructors will suggest an easier movement if you are struggling on anything. Much respect
STEER CLEAR FROM IRONFIT!!! It’s a shame the owners of IronFit Boxing Stephanie Kuklak Southern and Steven have to resort to taking advantage of and bullying clients to pay their bills. I’m very disappointed to learn about their unethical business practices through first hand experience and hope they aren’t treating other clients this way!
