We really like Dr. Knapp, and miss Dr. G a great amount ! Dr. Knapp is very kind and listens to all my concerns , and my son loves her ! We love most of the front office staff, but recently a front desk receptionist I’ve never seen with glasses has been extremely rude . I spoke with the doctor about blood work and she said I could grab a list at the front during checkout to ensure I took my little one to the correct location. I love this office and all of the providers (especially Dr. Knapp!). So thankful to have such a great place to care for my 3 boys. They have all been patients since birth for the past 9 years. Highly recommend!
This review is for Cynthia, as I’m expecting my first child in a few weeks and haven’t actually been to the practice yet— Cynthia supports front office operations and scheduling, and has been the kindest, most patient, diligent human ever. She’s worked with me all week to get me an appointment that works with my schedule to meet our kiddo’s new pediatrician. My schedule has been a bit chaotic, and she has made me whole week better by her demeanor and clear desire to make this process comfortable! Thanks a million, Cynthia!
I took my infant there and we had a woman doctor she was nice, but she always laughed nervously. Then suddenly she left and we got dr Bennett. My son had some small digestive, or gas issues and I was breastfeeding. He made me feel like he knew everything and I need to cut dairy. I cut dairy out and it still didn’t matter, then he said yep he’s allergic to you. And I was so irritated.
