Excellent and friendly staff. I had never been to a chiropractor until I came to see Dr Erickson for lower back pain (snow shoveling). I noticed a big improvement within minutes of the visit. Now I like to come in for a tune-up every time I feel my back is stiff. I would definitely recommend Irondequoit Chiropractic Center.

I appreciate how I have immediate relief and the doctor develops a short and long term plan to maintain it with me. The combination of proper adjustment by the doctors, massage therapy, and repeated treatments has significantly helped me. I injured my back a very long time ago. My PCP literally just told me to take two aspirin and rest. After suffering for years with bouts of lower back pain that left me unable to do anything more than lay down on the floor and not move, I discovered Irondequoit Chiropractic. Originally I was cared for by Dr. Foley. He treated me with great kindness and respect and educated me about my problem. The staff is very nice and professional and the Doctors are highly skilled.
I know Dr. Tshamala and Dr. Peshkin pretty well - they are both extremely good at getting people better. Part of that is because they do not treat you like just a number or just anouther person/patient. They truly care about you and get to know you. I honestly believe this has significantly helped them change my life and get me to where I am now. Thank you guys!!
