IronBody Fitness is not a Big Box gym but a training facility with a knowledgeable trainer. Dave Randolph has carefully planned workouts and continuously watches and teaches proper form for your safety and optimum results. Nutrition plays a big part in the transformation and you will learn how to properly fuel your body to gain the desired results and to maintain those results. IronBody Fitness has been a wonderful experience and my overall health has improved immensely.

I have been to other gyms and Iron Body is the most knowledgeable and most effective place I've been to. Dave and his wife are down to earth people. Dave understands aND really cares about you and your transformation. Yes, it's hard work but you get your money's worth. I am learning so much. Thank you both.
