We closed on our house today! Very happy with our experience with Scott Moore! We felt so stressed out since the market out there was so bad but Scott went through a lot of trouble for us to tour all the houses we liked and we eventually found the one! His advice really helped us and without him, we wouldn’t have a house right now! Thank you Scott for all that you did for us!

Absolutely terrible to work with. The buyers agent from this brokerage caused our closing to be delayed which ultimately impacted two other closings. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to our agent and did not seem to know how to guide his buyers in the purchasing and closing process at all. When he was called out for his behavior, he started making false statements about the home the buyers purchased from us. We contacted the broker in an attempt to try and resolve this and they were no help at all and was dismissive.... read more
A first time buyers terrible experience - If I could give negative stars, I would. I have just endured the worst nearly 2 months that no Buyer let alone a first time buyer should experience. I will caveat that I am sure there are great realtors who work here, my experience was with one specific realtor and a Director and does not reflect the company as a whole.
