Decent equipment but dirty. Owner is a small time scamfluencer who fancies himself as some kind of guru with programs cobbled together from various fads.
This isnt the same gym that received all those 5 star ratings some time ago. The owner is disengaged, some equipment is hanging by threads, and the old locker room has been ‘out of order’ for over a year. There are some good people and the strongman/powerlifting specialty bars is better than a commercial gym’s…but the owner’s lack of change and presence (instagrams been dead since ‘20 and the websites links dont currently work) are not doing its members or its culture any favors
